The emotional relationship, commitment and the level of involvement that an employee has towards their organization and towards their work is employee engagement. Increased productivity & job satisfaction is evident when, an engaged employee feels sense of accountability & purpose in their job roles (Guevara, 2024). When employees are engaged, they will create strong relationship with the teammates, will come-up with new & innovative ideas & will be enthusiastic to do the job.
